Refunds

14 days, no questions. If Tunr doesn't work for you (a bug, a crash, it didn't sound the way you expected, you changed your mind, anything), you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase and it will be processed. We won't argue, we won't ask "have you tried…", we won't gate the refund behind a survey. We'd rather you spend your money on something that works for you.

Tunr is sold by A. O. Signtech through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle on our instruction (or directly via the self-service link in your purchase email).

How to request

Two routes, pick whichever is easier:

  • Self-service via Paddle. Your purchase email from Paddle has a "Manage purchase" link. Click it and follow the "Request refund" prompt. Paddle handles it immediately. This is the fastest route; refunds appear back on your card in 3-10 business days depending on your bank.
  • Email us. Send a note to allexp@gmail.com with your order number (the one Paddle sent you) and we'll trigger the refund from our side. Same outcome, slightly slower because a human has to read the email.

What happens to your license

Once Paddle processes the refund, your license key is automatically revoked. Tunr will revert to the free 3-master tier on your machine on its next monthly status check (or immediately, if you're online when the refund clears).

After 14 days

We can't process automatic refunds via Paddle after the 14-day window. If something serious has gone wrong (a bug we shipped that broke your workflow, a major version that's worse than the one you bought), email us anyway. We'll work out the right thing case by case. Tunr is a one-person operation; you'll get a real reply from a real person.

What's not refundable

Mastered audio files you've already exported are yours forever, refund or no refund. They're not affected by license revocation.

Disputes & chargebacks

If something's wrong, please email before charging back. Chargebacks cost Paddle and us a fixed dispute fee regardless of outcome, and there's a 100% chance we'd have refunded you if you'd just asked. We don't fight chargebacks for our $49 product; they're not worth anyone's time.
