# About Tunr

Tunr is a Mac and Windows audio-mastering app: drop a track and master it locally. It measures the track, proposes a chain with a reason for every step, lets you hear the loudest 20 seconds before you commit, and lands the loudness you choose, fully offline. It is made by A. O. Signtech, an Israeli company with its registered office at Harakefet 9, Zikhron Yaakov, Israel, trading as "Tunr".

## Who builds it

Tunr was built by Alex Pritsert, a DJ and electronic-music producer, to fix his own workflow. Existing tools meant either a monthly subscription, uploading unreleased tracks to a cloud service, or learning a 20-module plugin suite. He wanted something simpler: drop a track, get a release-ready master, on his own Mac, without any of that.

## Three principles

- **Local-first.** Your audio never leaves your machine.
- **Free.** The licence key costs nothing, just an email.
- **No strings.** No account to create, no cloud to trust, no subscription clock. You get a ready-to-run build (signed and notarised on macOS) plus free updates for the life of your licence.

## Under the hood

Tunr does what a good mastering engineer does. It measures before it touches anything, matches a reference you trust when you give it one, shapes the tone and dynamics, and lands the right loudness for release with a true-peak limiter and a delivery report, just faster and without the studio day-rate. Loudness and true peak follow ITU-R BS.1770.
